West Cebu Industrial Park (WCIP) is a 540-hectare mixed use development in Balamban, Cebu. It is anchored by a 283-hectare, Philippine Economic Zone Authority (PEZA) registered zone tagged as the Shipbuilding Capital of the Philippines. Hosting 11 locators from medium to heavy industries, employing 14,000 skilled workers, the township has complementary residential, commercial and institutional components. WCIP offers future development areas for commercial centers, dormitories, and residential communities. Incorporated in 1992, WCIP is operated and developed by Cebu Industrial Park Developers, Inc. (CIPDI), a joint venture project of AboitizLand and Tsuneishi Holdings of Japan.

Balamban EnerZone operates the distribution system in West Cebu Industrial Park. WCIP currently has a total electricity demand of 27MW and a transformational capacity of 58MVA power substation with 13.8KV distribution line. WCIP provides a high quality of potable water that meets the Philippine National Standards for Drinking Water (PNSDW) through its reliable supply system. It produces 1,800 cu.m. of potable water per day, expandable to 2,500 cu.m full capacity. Its wastewater treatment plant (Sludge Aeration Process) has a treatment capacity of 250 cu. m. per day of domestic wastewater. Park Offers fully eqipped & highly trained emergency response team, 24/7 Security Service, Fiber Optic Internate Connection available in multi provider. WCIP also has a private port facility inside the park for common logistrics support and 4 helipads for VIP air transport. It has a convenient one stop shop PEZA and BOS offices inside the zone to assist its locators.
