The 11.4 hectares is fully fenced with barbwire. The 5-hectare portion is fully planted with Falcata trees and is 11 years old now since planted in year 2010 and is ready for harvest at anytime for a sure buyer. COTPO and DENR INVENTORY is already secured.

     Another 5-hectare portion is also planted with first class 3,200 Rubber trees and is now 12 years old this coming Aug, 2022. The rubber tapping is now operational with plenty of rubber latex being collected by the workers, and definitely a sure monthly income by the owner. There is a wide new built concrete pool as storage for the rubber latex.

     There is a concrete house built inside the farm for the workers to live.

     Another 1.4 portion of the area is the main entrance of the whole 11.4 hectares and it is located along the barangay road leading to the whole area, so it is very accessible even for 10-wheeler truck to enter the property because the area is not mountainous, it is only mix with flat and rolling terrain. The 1.4 hectares is fully planted with young coconuts and can be cultivated into farming.

     The whole 11.4 hectares is suitable for large piggeries and poultries because it is wide and have water access and electricity.
